Weight Loss vs Fat Loss

Weight Loss vs Fat Loss

This is something that gets mixed up way too often. Weight loss and fat loss are not the same thing! Many people are concerned with the number on the scale lowering. However, most people have no clue whether the losing muscle, fat or both. There’s a big difference between the two:

When going for a calorie deficit, most people tend to neglect focusing on two things:

1. Consuming sufficient protein
2. Focusing on weight lifting over cardio

There reason you want to focus on the two above mentioned things is because you want to retain as much muscle as possible. The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism is, which in the long run gives a way higher return on investment for fat loss in the long run.
Not to mention, having a lean solid body looks way better than being skinny and not firm!

So if you’re struggling to lose FAT and don't know how much protein you should be eating and how to set up the optimal calorie deficit, DM me with ‘fat loss’ and I’ll help you out.
