How to Reduce Belly Fat

Losing the last bit of belly fat is a ‘problem’ that an incredible amount of people have and finally want to get rid of. A point to mention is that it is not possible to spot reduce, meaning you cant target fat loss in a specific area. If you want to lose belly fat, you simply have to aim to lose fat in general.

The best way to reduce your weight is not to mindlessly cut your calories as much as possible or to do tons of cardio. A good start to is find your maintenance calories (the amount you eat without losing or gaining weight) and then to put yourself in a deficit of roughly 200-500 kcal depending on your body fat level. Then focus on consuming sufficient protein (1g per lbs. body weight to make it simple), focus on weight lifting and be super consistent.

I put in number 2 on the list because often people think they’re in a calorie deficit when in fact they’re not. You have to make sure to calculate and track calories of every single bite and sip.
